If you have not received your package, check the following things.
Check the track & trace code
In our shipping confirmation you have received a link to the track & trace information of your package. View the status of your shipment here. Perhaps the delivery person has experienced an unexpected delay or the package is waiting for you at a pick-up point
Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you provided correct?
Check your mail
Check whether you have received a note in the mailbox from the delivery person. Maybe you weren't home on the first try.
If the package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.
