Monday to Friday

Normal packages and skis & snowboards up to 170 cm: ordered before 22:00 = next day delivery*. Delivery Monday to Saturday with PostNL.
Skis and snowboards longer than 170 cm: ordered before 16:00 = next working day delivery*. Delivery Monday to Friday with UPS.

Saturday

Normal packages and skis & snowboards up to 170 cm: ordered before 17:00 = delivered on Monday*. Delivery Monday to Saturday with PostNL.
Skis and snowboards longer than 170 cm: ordered on Saturday = delivered on Tuesday*. Delivery Monday to Friday with UPS.

Sunday

Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Additional delivery options:

Parcel point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered free of charge to a PostNL parcel point
Evening delivery. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered the next working day between 18:00 and 22:00. Only available in NL.
Sunday delivery. Delivery on Sunday is possible for packages up to 170 cm via PostNL. The latest order time is Saturday 17:00. Only available in NL.
Express delivery. UPS Express Saver guarantees next business day delivery. UPS Express guarantees delivery the next working day before 12:00. Order must be placed on working days before 4:00 PM and delivery only takes place on working days.

* The fine print

For standard delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the specified day in the Netherlands and Belgium (UPS Standard and PostNL).
Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In rare cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods are, for example, Mondays, Black Friday, the week before the Christmas holidays and the week before the spring holidays. Are you in a hurry? Then please contact us!
If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Below you will find an overview of the delivery times in the rest of Europe. In the case of an outlying area such as a remote ski village, in some cases you have to add 1-2 working days.
